About your ring.
Ring diary is a log of all the rings made and sent out. There is so much value in the process of these rings, being handcrafted by 1 individual over 3 hours, and we wanted to capture a bit of that. This also emphasised the one of one nature of these pieces, being distinct pieces of wearable art. To find your ring, look at your number on the far right of the inscription which shows, in relation to every ring made, where that piece sits, being the nth ring produced by BY JOMOA.

Enjoyable process, didn't have to recast. Took a while to melt silver as it was a cooler day.

This was a tricky one as I tried, for the second time, sunken gems. It took a couple casts, but i think after sanding and polishing it turned out well.

Very smooth ring to make. Because of the dented design, the sanding process was enjoyable, adding spontaneous holes and ridges as I went.

Had to recast one of them 3 times cause the silver didn’t fully fill the mold for various reasons, however, the sanding process went smoothly.

The promised loop was smooth to make no need for recasting. Sanding the ring required slight reshaping from the wax model but otherwise good.

The mat finish was fun to do as it is a slightly different process to the polished finish. Rest of the process was smooth.

Very smooth, only had to cast once. Had to sand late into the night but happy with the result. Hadn't made The Outpour before so this was fun making the first one.

Fun process with this ring. I haven’t made a DTB in this small size for awhile so it was enjoyable as features are chunkier than a larger size. Otherwise smooth process.

Hot weather meant silver melted quicker making the casting a smooth process. Sanding and polishing took awhile but overall simple process.

Made the DTB before the promised loop when the weather was nice. Later, the added wind made melting the silver for the second ring trickier and thus had to recast.

Ten Commandments Series
This was my first time casting a gem properly. It didn’t crack but I stupidly put it in water which made it crack immediately. I tried a bumpy texture to imitate a tablet or stone which the commandments were carved in overall amazing process.

Difficult ring as I had to recast twice. Took awhile to sand down and polish but was pleased with the outcome.
